Emine Erdoğan gifts composting machine to TRNC

Emine Erdoğan, wife of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, presented a compost machine as a gift to Nilden Bektaş Erhürman, wife of TRNC President Tufan Erhürman, who is an environmental engineer. Nilden Bektaş Erhürman announced that the composting machine gifted by Emine Erdoğan was delivered today, stating that during their meeting, Emine Erdoğan, upon learning that she was an environmental engineer, expressed her desire to gift her this valuable machine.

Expressing their heartfelt thanks to Emine Erdoğan for the machine, Nilden Bektaş Erhürman said that the valuable machine would be installed at the TRNC Presidency and that the green waste generated there would be composted and recycled. Nilden Bektaş Erhürman stated that the compost obtained would be used as fertilizer in the garden, emphasizing that they aimed to start environmental initiatives from where they were and that many more environmental projects were in the pipeline.
